Please note that PartnerCentric may find it necessary, or be legally obligated, to update or modify our Privacy Policy from time to time. Except as otherwise required by law, updates or modifications to our Privacy Policy will not affect the privacy of data collected. PartnerCentric reserves the right to update or modify our Privacy Policy at any time without notice by posting of such updates or modification herein. Our partners (as defined below) and visitors should review our Privacy Policy periodically to note any changes that may have occurred. Please take the time to fully review our Privacy Policy.

Purpose and use of this site
PartnerCentric operates this website to disseminate company and industry information and to collect prospective client enquiries. All pages of this site are accessible by the general public. PartnerCentric does not collect any personal information about visitors to, or users of, this website solely as a result of such visits or usage except from persons or entities requesting information about our services. As such and as part of normal business practices, those persons agree to share certain personally identifying information with PartnerCentric however we do not use this information for any purpose other than as a means to contact them, per their request.

Partner Privacy
All personally identifiable data provided by individual Affiliates and Merchants will be kept in strict confidence by PartnerCentric and will be treated with the same level of care that PartnerCentric treats all of its proprietary information and trade secrets; notwithstanding the foregoing, PartnerCentric may in limited instances deem necessary to provide personally identifiable information to a third party to assist PartnerCentric in normal and customary operational and statistical matters, or for network operational efficiency purposes in providing administrative services such as billing, payouts or the ordering and shipping of rewards merchandise. Any third-party receiving such information will be required to treat it in a confidential and protected manner, in accordance with industry standards and in accordance with the policies stated herein.

Consumer Privacy
PartnerCentric delivers advertisements across multiple channels, including consumer website users who visit any of the websites owned and/or operated by our Affiliate or Merchant Partners. In reference to those visitors, PartnerCentric records non-privileged information such as date & time, IP address, web pages viewed, domain type and action taken by visitors to advertisements served by PartnerCentric and our Affiliate Partners. PartnerCentric uses standard business practice Internet technologies, such as cookies and web server logs, to deliver consumers the best possible web viewing experience. We use IP addresses as a tool to help diagnose problems and to administer our websites.

Our network also employs cookies or pixels as means to track transactions to credit Affiliate Parthers for referrals that result in the desired action Merchant Partner campaigns require. Cookies and pixels automatically track certain information about you that is based upon your activity on any website. PartnerCentric relies on the tracking system within our network for payment and payout information to properly credit our Affiliate Partners. It is important to note that cookies and pixels tell PartnerCentric nothing about the Internet user personally.

Partners
When joining or requesting information from PartnerCentric as either an Affiliate or Merchant Partner, you will be asked to complete and submit an online application to join or a request for information e-mail.

An Affiliate Partner is a company or adult over the age of 18 years old owning a website or websites, has the capacity to enter into legally binding contracts, agrees to our Terms & Conditions and has been accepted into the PartnerCentric Network. Such Affiliate Partners agree to promote/market products or services on behalf of PartnerCentric’s Merchant Partners in exchange for payment received when the desired campaign action required is taken by visitor traffic that is referred by the Affiliate Partner to the Merchant Partner’s website or specific offers.

A Merchant Partner is a company or adult over the age of 18 years old who operates a website or web- sites, has the capacity to enter into legally binding contracts, agrees to our Terms & Conditions, is under contract with the PartnerCentric network and has agreed to pay Affiliate Partners when the desired campaign action required is taken by visitor traffic referred by Affiliate Partners in the PartnerCentric Network.

Our Privacy Policy Regarding Children

In order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, PartnerCentric does not allow persons under the age of 18 to be members of the PC network. Affiliate and Merchant Partners participating in our network are also obligated to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

NO SPAM E-mail Marketing
PartnerCentric strictly adheres to the language of The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Therefore, we forbid use of misleading headers or other masking of email origin, require identification of source in all e-mail advertisements and also require an effective opt-out method be included in each mailing. Partner actions are carefully scrutinized and each Affiliate and Merchant Partner is expected to adhere to The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. When joining our network, Partners must accept our E-mail Marketing Terms and Conditions in order to be accepted into the PartnerCentric network. Our Email Policy - PartnerCentric does not share names or email addresses with any other website or company ever. By subscribing to our newsletter or filling out a Request for Info form, you are opting in to our email program. Note that any automated emails you receive from us will always have a way to Unsubscribe to future mailings.

Use and Disclosure of Data
As an important part of PartnerCentric’s “best practices” we do not sell or otherwise disclose personally identifying information. We do, however, reserve the right to release information if we have reason to believe a law has been broken, or if we are compelled to do so by judicial or governmental authorities.

Information Security Precautions
PartnerCentric makes every effort to ensure and maintain the security of all data collected. Access to data is granted only via the password-protected Affiliate or Merchant Partner accounts and is treated as proprietary and confidential and is not available to the public. Access to information that identifies a consumer’s name and/or e-mail address is only intended to be accessible to those PartnerCentric employees who need such information in order to maintain our network business operation. As an Affiliate or Merchant Partner you are solely responsible for maintaining the integrity of your password. PartnerCentric is not responsible for any problems that arise from your decision to share your password with others.

As an Affiliate Partner, your personally identifiable information is not shared with anyone other than Merchant Partners. As a Merchant Partner, your personally identifiable information is not shared with anyone other than Affiliate Partners. We recognizes that while PartnerCentric has strict and clearly defined rules about the sharing of information in our network, our Affiliate and Merchant Partners are free to collect information, including personally identifying information about website visitors. Such information-gathering practices as undertaken by our Affiliate and Merchant Partners are governed not by PartnerCentric’s Terms and Conditions but by those Terms and Conditions established and followed by Affiliate and Merchant Partners.
