Email Linda

Linda Woods, President of PartnerCentric, Inc., and known throughout the industry as the Affiliate Goddess, has been involved with affiliate marketing practically since its inception. Starting in the late 1990s as Director of Internet Marketing for a Web design firm, she moved on to then-startup Commission Junction in 1999, started her own Internet Marketing consultancy in 2000, did business development for KowaBunga! Technologies and over the years has helped hundreds of other companies both large and small start and manage effective affiliate programs.

PartnerCentric's unique Outsourced Affiliate Management Service was launched in 2003 and now has more than 45 clients with brand names like National Geographic, Quicken Loans, 21st Century Auto Insruance, HanoverDirect's 5 catalog brands and the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. In early 2006, PartnerCentric merged with AMWSO, a professional affiliate management group based in Thailand with strong market penetration in the U.S. and Canada. PartnerCentric now employs more than 30 marketing professionals across the United States, Canada and Thailand. A frequent speaker at Affiliate-related events, Linda has also been a featured columnist in "Revenue" magazine and quoted in many other online publications.

She and her team offer not only outsourced affiliate marketing management services and consulting, but also a full range of internet marketing services such as paid search management, search engine optimization, email marketing and all creative services from banners to full blown web design. Linda lives in paradise, also known as Santa Barbara, Calif., with her 9-year-old son and loves to dance, dine and travel.

Laura A. Lake has been with PartnerCentric since 2004. She joined PartnerCentric after serving as Sales and Business development manager of Revenue Partners. Laura has been involved in the interactive marketing industry since 1997. In the last 7 years she has seen e-commerce evolve into a viable industry. She brings a user-centered perspective to affiliate marketing that promotes mutual benefits for publishers and advertisers.

Prior to joining Revenue Partners, Lake served as Affiliate/Online Marketing Manager for the Search4Clicks network. There, she developed, managed, and implemented a growth strategy plan for an education-related affiliate program. Under her direction, sales volume increased by more than 40% in five months. The team exceeded their goals, achieving half a million dollars in sales each month for three consecutive months.

Lake is also responsible for launching an Internet Sales and Marketing Consulting Firm, driving sales for 52 core accounts up 133% in its first year. She has managed projects totaling $2.5 million annually while increasing staff production by 25%. Laura also serves as the current marketing editor at About.com, Lake shares her extensive marketing knowledge in the more than 300 articles published on some 4,000 websites and in various publications such as PCMagazine, USA Today, and a featured writer in Revenue Magazine.

Laura lives in Kansas with her significant other Angel and their two cats Martini and Leeon. When not working you’ll find Laura driving fast on the highway to relieve stress, strolling through an art gallery, or visiting motorcycle shops pondering her next ride and at the same time convincing herself why she doesn’t need one.

Mike Bump is Director of Sales for our Outsourced Affiliate Management & Consulting division. A veteran of Internet affiliate sales channel development, he plays a major role in helping make our company’s growth plan happen. Prior to joining the PartnerCentric team in 2004, Mike was instrumental in creating, launching and managing AdvertisingRevenueService.com and growing their revenues measurably.

Bump has a well-rounded management, consulting, marketing and sales background which includes affiliate program start-ups and re-launch strategies, network sales, b2b private marketplace sales and management, affiliate and merchant focused b2c sales, consulting merchants on affiliate sales channel start-up and re-launches plus private customizable portal sales used by publishers and broadcasters throughout the United States.

Prior to jumping into the Internet with both feet at the start of the new millennium, Mike enjoyed an achievement filled career developing and leading top revenue generating Radio sales and marketing teams throughout the country for 20+ years. He lives in Las Vegas the entertainment and convention capitol of the universe with his wife Lorrie, Lucy the flying wiener-wonder dog, their 3 cool cats and 2 birds. In his spare time Mike is building an Ark and will be launching an affiliate marketing program to insure that his Ark is a performance success.

Michael Ouellette joins the Partnercentric team with 8 years of interactive marketing experience. He has a diverse background working with companies in the catalog, retail, search and performance marketing industries. Michael spent four years at one of the largest affiliate marketing firms in the business. His duties ranged from managing affiliate programs with revenues of over $100 million per year, to selling affiliate marketing technology to the top retail brands on and offline. His current work as an affiliate along with his expertise developed from prior experience will prove valuable to the Partnercentric team. Michael resides outside of Boston, Massachusetts with his wife, daughter and dog.

Heather Paulson Currently Director of marketing services for Partnercentric.com which provides affiliate program management, paid search management and E business consulting, search engine optimization, and other e business services was the founder of EOMI - Entrance Only Management Inc, in 1994 which provided web development, E business consulting, and online media management services.

Ms. Paulson has worked as an e consultant, and e marketing business owner and an independent e channel manager for over 10 years, Heather was previously with X10 Wireless Technologies Inc, as the Affiliate Marketing Director where she was directly responsible for their affiliate channels 313% sales increase across three affiliate networks, and was also directly responsible for re-organizing their Google and Overture accounts which resulted in a 290% sales increase for the company within the first two months of re organization.

Heather has over 10 years of experience initiating and managing CPC, CPM, and CPA E business model strategies for many Fortune 500 e retailers including accounts with Google, Overture, Ask Jeeves, Findwhat, MSN and many other PPC programs with budgets over $2.8 Million annually.

Heather is the proud recipient of three Golden Web Awards for ecommerce user interface design as well Ms Paulson has also successfully passed the Google Certified professionals examination. Heather is a member of the Social Registry for the state of Nevada and an active Book Pals reader for underprivileged children, Ms. Paulson was featured in the July 2005 issue of Revenue Magazine, Ms Paulson holds a BSB/Marketing from UOP and is currently seeking her Masters in E Business she is an active presenter concerning e marketing strategies at many industry wide events. She resides in the Seattle WA, area with her son, two cats 1 goldfish and a snail named Jim.

Chris Sanderson is a well-known and respected leader in affiliate marketing who is an active participant in industry events. He is currently the Director of PartnerCentric's International Asia Division. He was the General Manager of WebStudio-1, a leading provider of Internet E-Commerce and affiliate marketing management, development and creative support solutions for both merchants and affiliate. Our International team also offers a broad array of talent and tools to assist its partners and merchants to streamline operations and increase sales. Chris maintains a comprehensive, integrated approach to drive merchant programs through ethical marketing practices.

Sanderson's previous experience includes managing affiliate programs at WebStudio-1.com and subsequently at Mondera. Under Sanderson's guidance, Mondera's affiliate program was voted the Best Affiliate Program of 2002 by the Affiliate Marketing Community at Abestweb.com. It also won LinkShare's Golden Link Award as the Affiliates' Choice in 2004. Sanderson lives in Thailand with his wife and their two children. He also runs the Ex-Patriot soccer league.

Email Samantha

Samantha Morris has been with the Partner Centric team for almost two years working on high-touch programs such as Irvs Luggage Warehouse and National Geographic. With over seven years of affiliate and online marketing experience, she has launched numerous programs across various networks. Samantha has spoken as a panelist at the past two Affiliate Summits and is currently developing case studies on effective, proactive affiliate communication.

She is one of our key strategists in developing merchant cross-promotions and affiliate activation campaigns. In 2004, Samantha oversaw the affiliate management of the three well-known Gap Inc brands while maintaining the most cost effective channel on their marketing team. Prior experience includes program management and consultation for SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Blue Dolphin Group and priceline.com. She has very strong analytical and communication skills which will prove to be an asset to any team! Samantha resides in upstate New York.

Elizabeth Jenson has been with PartnerCentric since the beginning, joining the team in 2003. She has been involved in affiliate marketing since 2000 and has launched, cultivated, and expanded numerous niche programs in the Direct Track and Commission Junction interfaces. Her primary goal is to attract the right partners to an affiliate relationship and develop them into a successful sales team using the many innovative tools and strategies Partner Centric offers affiliates.

In 1999-2000 Elizabeth worked for Paul Allen’s e-commerce startup Mercata.com. In 2001 Elizabeth earned a BA in Print Journalism from Brigham Young University. In 2002-2003 she worked at 10xMarketing – an online marketing agency in Utah County – exclusively managing and growing affiliate programs in various portals. Elizabeth currently resides in Utah with her husband and two sons

Dan Fink began his interactive marketing career right out of college. With his Management Information Systems and Marketing degree in hand he started on his first venture, the development and startup of DivorceInteractive, Inc., a community that strived to bring individuals and professionals in the divorce arena together in one central location online. After that he delved into the industry of Pharmaceutical Advertising and then landed his most challenging position with Intermark Media where he stayed for two years and was named their #1 Media Buyer. It was here that he learned how to combat the competition in the lead generation industry and reached a production level of 10,000 quality leads per month. He brings his knowledge and expertise in lead generation and affiliate relationships to PartnerCentric as one of our prized Affiliate Managers. Dan lives in Long Island, NY with his cats Bachelor and Merlin, turtles Bubba and Tidbit and soon his bride-to-be Michelle will be joining him after their wedding in September.

Blagica (blah-gee-tsa) Stefanovski started her online career editing small Web sites in her college town of Kalamazoo, Michigan. From there, she moved to Chicago and began working for Giant Step, a web design and consulting agency. Blagica worked closely with companies such as Maytag, Purina and Energizer, managing the development of their brand sites and eCommerce initiatives.

After Giant Step, Blagica entered the world of online travel and joined the Orbitz eMarketing team. Her initial responsibilities included Media Buying, Ad Serving and Search Engine Marketing Management for hundreds of online partners. Next, Blagica took on Affiliate Marketing and successfully launched the Orbitz Affiliate Program, honing in on her skills for relationship building and technical implementation. Next, Blagica continued her work with Affiliate Marketing, revitalizing the CoolSavings Affiliate Program and connecting with affiliate partners across the country. She continued her Search activities, expanding her efforts in the field of Search Engine Optimization.

Originally from metro-Detroit, Blagica calls Chicago¹s South Loop home. In her spare time, she enjoys brushing up on her French, riding her scooter and experimenting with new recipes.

Matt Enders began his online marketing career directly following graduation from college. He first worked for one of the largest online cellular ring tone providers, driving traffic to the site via paid search and powerful affiliate marketing. At the highest, RingingPhone.com was ranked in the top 5,000 sites online, according to Alexa.com. Matt then moved to GSI Commerce Solutions, where he managed the affiliate marketing, paid search, comparative shopping, portal shopping, and online business development programs for a variety of nationally known brand partners. His experience with GSI included working with The Sports Authority, Reebok, FogDog Sports, Ace Hardware, Rockport, Tweeter Electronics, Kmart, and The Nickelodeon Store. Matt has been working in the online marketing space since 2002. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Melissa and their (his wife’s) cat Cheyenne.

Gabrielle “Gabby” Mackle began her marketing career during the San Francisco Internet boom in the mid 1990’s when she helped to create an e-commerce web site for a holiday décor company. In 1999 she joined a start-up before moving on to a leadership position at a premiere beauty e-tailor, where she was responsible for establishing and managing online partnerships and developing an affiliate marketing program. In addition to affiliate management, during this period she also negotiated and closed exclusive online media buys with major Internet companies such as Yahoo, Google, AOL, MSN and iVillage. Gabby’s years of experience working with clients in many different areas, helped her to develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate memberships, build trustworthy relationships and increase overall sales.

Gabby received her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Marketing from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and resides in Santa Cruz County, California with her husband, Brian, four year-old daughter and two year-old identical twin sons.

Chris Cooper joined Partner Centric after successfully managing the OneStepAhead and LeapsAndBounds affiliate program since 2003. He helped position and establish OneStepAhead as a merchant with a trusted, reputable affiliate program that performs. While there, he helped grow the affiliate channel to generate a large part of the company's online sales channel. He is also very skilled in email marketing strategies, PPC marketing, print ads and many co-marketing partnerships with large organizations. Chris enjoys the personal and professional relationships that skilled management develop in affiliate marketing and in helping all affiliates monetize their traffic, from the most experienced to the newest affiliates that join programs he manages.

He lives just north of Chicago with his wife Karen and their 2 and 1/2 year old daughter Kelsey, along with their 2 cats, some fish (keeps the cats busy) and a lab puppy.

Karen Garcia has been successfully involved in progressive e-commerce and e-marketing for over 6 years. She joins the PC team after successfully developing and managing the affiliate program for Shari's Berries International. While plowing the affiliate ground at Shari's, she was responsible for increasing brand awareness, affiliate performance and customer retention through the effective use of digital methods, email marketing and promotions, print advertisements, plus SEO and SEM campaign development. In addition to her marketing experience, she has expansive working knowledge of the gourmet food industry.

Prior to working for Shari's Berries, Karen received her BS in Physics from Linfield College. She lives near Sacramento, CA with her husband Joel, and three little ones Maria, Alex, and Sophia. In her personal time away from the affiliate marketing world, she crochets, sews, and makes fancy wedding cakes.

Mike Kansa joined PartnerCentric in July of 2005 and is most recognized for successfully re launching and growing the five Hanover brands on the Commission Junction network. These brands include The Company Store, Domestications, Silhouettes, UnderGear and International Male.

Mike comes to Partner Centric after spending two years with top Internet retailer Overstock.com. He served mainly as an affiliate manager for Overstock Shopping, but was most recently at the helm of the new Overstock Auctions affiliate program. Mike sourced, negotiated and managed many effective marketing deals and media buys with some of Overstock’s top performing affiliates and advertising partners.

Prior to affiliate marketing, Mike was involved in various merchandising and marketing roles within the snowboard & skateboard industries. He was also a contributing writer, videographer and event coordinator for SLUG Magazine in Salt Lake City. Mike has a Marketing Communications degree from the University of Utah and currently resides in Northern California.

Ian Lee began his online marketing career in the mid 1990's when he became one of Amazon.com's pioneering associates. Shortly after, Ian started his own web development company and began managing websites and e-commerce initiatives for small businesses. Since 2001, he has been working as an Internet Marketing Strategist for a nutritional company where he oversaw all online marketing initiatives. In addition to launching the company's affiliate program, Ian was also responsible for search engine marketing, business development and creating and executing corporate marketing plans. He brings innovative Internet marketing perspectives from a merchant as well as an affiliate's point of view.

Ian sits on the Board of Directors for the International Internet Marketing Association, a non-profit organization providing Internet marketing support and certification. In addition, Ian has provided online initiative services to the Canadian Federal Government as well as the University of British Columbia.

Ian received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of British Columbia. He currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, with his wife, daughter and 2 turtles.

Tara Watson comes to PartnerCentric after two years managing the successful Affiliate Programs at 1-800-Flowers.com and their Family of Brands, giving her experience in all aspects of online marketing. Prior to her tenure with Flowers, Tara spent 3 years in the Publishing world, working in ad production at titles such as Forbes and Foreign Affairs.

Tara received her BA in Communications from Marist College and currently resides in Long Island, New York with her husband, Kevin.

Amanda Lucas joins PartnerCentric after successfully managing affiliate programs since 2004. Amanda’s most recent role was managing the affiliate program for Booksonline.com, where she effectively managed over 20 book clubs. Amanda also brings experience managing mortgage and insurance lead programs.

Prior to affiliate management, Amanda worked in event planning and management after receiving her BS in Marketing from Bentley College. Since Bentley College, Amanda has also received her web master certification from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Amanda resides in Long Island, New York with her husband and two cats.

Wade Sisson, marketing communications manager for PartnerCentric, Inc., has been part of the great Internet adventure since 1995, when he helped The Kansas City Star launch its web site and became the site's online editor for news. A journalist and writer by trade, Wade has parlayed his love of writing into an expertise in search engine optimization and direct response advertising copy. He helped create and for many years edited a monthly affiliate newsletter for the Search4Clicks network, which is the largest affiliate network specializes in lead generation for clients within post-secondary education.

For the past year, Wade has assisted PartnerCentric with affiliate communications and is excited to be joining the team on a full-time basis. He brings more than eight years experience in interactive marketing to the company. Wade is an aspiring author and history buff who lives in midtown Kansas City. He loves to read, write and spend quiet weekends at the lake.
