Affiliate Director

We seek an Affiliate Director to supervise the affiliate manager and manage the other members of our team who collaborate to manage client programs. The Affiliate Director position is at the management level and requires an affiliate marketing expert with at least three to five years experience managing the affiliate programs for major brands.

The Affiliate Director devises and implements strategies for client affiliate programs and works with the affiliate manager to grow the affiliate marketing channel for our merchant clients. Affiliate Director responsibilities include:

interacting with clients to plan strategies and report results
high-level campaign design and implementation
comprehensive statistical analysis and reporting
competitive analysis and goal setting
strong grasp of all marketing channels (including search and media)
ability to recruit strong affiliate partners for client programs
working familiarity with major network platforms such as CJ and LinkShare

At PartnerCentric, the Affiliate Director is responsible for the overall performance of the client's affiliate program. The Affiliate Director is the main contact for our clients and will lead all discussions and projects.

Affiliate Director tasks include:

interaction with clients, affiliate partners, network platform representatives and third-party vendors
oversight of weekly call with clients to report on affiliate program progress
promotion development (including coupons, contests and bonuses)
make marketing recommendations in support of client's program
recommend creative and other opportunities
recruit affiliate partners
identify and resolve issues
establish and measure goals for affiliate program

The qualified candidate for Affiliate Director will posses all of the skills described above and will be a proven leader in affiliate program management who understands all aspects of Internet marketing. PartnerCentric is a virtual office in which all PartnerCentric team members work remotely from a home office.
