Affiliate Managers Position Open Immediately

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced affiliate manager that has at least 2 years experience managing a Commission Junction program and is also familiar with managing either Linkshare, BeFree DirectTrack or MyAffiliateProgram programs.

The Affiliate Manager is responsible for executing the strategies and plans developed by the Affiliate Program Director. Their major goals are to support the Affiliate Program Director in daily tasks as well as overall execution of plans to ensure a successful affiliate program.

Daily Tasks

1. Weekly Report Generation - put together all numbers and format for the weekly report.
2. Affiliate Approvals
3. Answering Affiliate Emails
4. Newsletter Development and Sending on an as needed basis. (minimum monthly)
5. Analysis
6. Collaboration and Execution of affiliate promotions and strategies
7. When reporting or sales problems are identified, provide analysis to solve problems
8. Keep affiliate program visible on message boards and directories.
9. Stay in phone contact with top affiliates.
10. Make regular phone calls to poor performers or inactive affiliates to encourage participation.
11. Send recruitment letters to top affiliates
12. Coupon development and coordination
13. Provide support material for monthly reports
14. Interface with recruiting team on a weekly basis. Phone top affiliates identified by recruiting team.
15. Provide supporting analysis to Affiliate Program Director to evaluate current affiliates performance
16. Monitor forum and reply
17. Prepare activation campaigns.
