The open position we seek to fill is for Search Engine Optimization Specialist. This role is critical to the success of our full-service Internet marketing clients. You will be responsible for creating and implementing search engine optimization plans for client websites. Ideal candidate will have minimum three years experience in performance-based Internet marketing. Successful candidate will have strong understanding of search engine optimization including keyword research, content development and site architecture and usability optimization. The SEO Specialist will assist the rest of the Internet marketing team in doing the research necessary to achieve measurable results for our clients.

**MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 3 PLUS YEARS AFFILIATE, INTERACTIVE, MARKETING OR ADVERTISING AGENCY EXPERIENCE**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Keyword research
2. Competitive analysis
3. Title and meta tag development
4. Content generation

SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Working knowledge of SEO as it relates to all major internet search engines
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to make presentations
3. A proven, demonstrable track record of success in search engine optimization
4. Proven experience writing strategy proposals
5. Self motivated, detail oriented
6. Assertive, and collaborative: self starter, quick thinker
7. Excellent verbal and written skills
8. Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel
9. Great attitude
10. Must be a team player
11. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
