Website Designer

The open position we seek to fill is for website designer. This role is critical to the success of our full-service Internet marketing clients. You will be responsible for developing and designing a website for select clients. Ideal candidate will have minimum three years design experience within the performance-based Internet marketing industry. Successful candidate will have strong understanding of good design concepts such as functionality, usability and optimization. The website designer will assist the rest of the Internet marketing team in doing the research necessary to achieve measurable results for our clients.

**MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 3 PLUS YEARS INTERACTIVE, MARKETING OR ADVERTISING AGENCY EXPERIENCE**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Reviewing client sites
2. Writing recommendations for site improvements
3. Strategic planning
4. Site design or re-design

SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Working knowledge of design concepts such as contrast and balance
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to make presentations
3. A proven, demonstrable track record of success in site design
4. Proven experience writing strategy proposals
5. Self motivated, detail oriented
6. Assertive, and collaborative: self starter, quick thinker
7. Excellent verbal and written skills
8. Proficiency with PhotoShop, DreamWeaver, etc.
9. Great attitude
10. Must be a team player
11. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
