Linda Woods, CEO and President

Linda Woods, President of PartnerCentric, Inc., has been involved with affiliate marketing practically since its inception. Starting in the late 1990s as Director of Internet Marketing for a Web design firm, she moved on to then-startup Commission Junction in 1999. Linda started her own Internet marketing consultancy in 2000, did business development for KowaBunga! Technologies and over the years has helped hundreds of other companies both large and small start and manage effective affiliate programs.
PartnerCentric's unique Outsourced Affiliate Management Service was launched in 2003 and now has more than 45 clients with brand names such as National Geographic, Quicken Loans, aigdirect.com (formerly 21st Century Auto Insurance) and HanoverDirect's five catalog brands. A frequent speaker at affiliate-related events, Linda has also been a featured columnist in "Revenue" magazine and quoted in many other online publications.
Linda hosts a weekly podcast called Affiliate Marketing Insider on WebmasterRadio.fm that explores the latest, greatest trends in affiliate marketing with special guests who are also leaders in the industry.
After 30 years in Santa Barbara, CA., Linda recently moved with her teenage son, dog and cat to the lovely small town of Ashland, Oregon known for their world class Shakespeare Theater.

Joe Dalto, General Manager

Joe Dalto brings a lot of management, marketing and sales experience - and
affiliate marketing expertise - to the role of General Manager at
PartnerCentric. Before joining PartnerCentric, Joe was a key figure in the
growth and development of several successful affiliate network companies
including Webclients.net (now ValuClick), Partner Weekly.com, PrimeQ.com and
XtraDoh.com.
Prior to joining the Internet revolution, Joe enjoyed a successful career in
the print and broadcast industries, where he held local, national and
general management positions. He played a pivotal role in the startup of new
radio stations and print advertising companies in several markets.
Joe's background in all forms of sales, media and marketing, coupled with
vast experience in custom and original online campaign development and
management, provide our customers with a high level of service and insight
on winning in a very competitive online marketplace.
Joe lives across the Chesapeake Bay from Balitmore, in Chestertown, MD. In
his free time he enjoys camping, kayaking, fishing, guitar, singing,
woodworking, cooking and raising his three sons.

Stephanie Lewis, Director of Client Services

Stephanie Lewis is Director of Client Services at PartnerCentric, where she uses her wide range of experience with
top-tier e-tailers to develop the strategies and tactics that drive the success of the affiliate programs we manage.
Stephanie joined us as an affiliate program director. Her innovations, coupled with her expertise as an affiliate manager, helped PartnerCentric grow the affiliate channels for several of our newer clients.
She was promoted to Director of Clients Services in December 2009.
Stephanie entered the Internet marketing space in 1999 as a marketing specialist for Realtor.com. After proving herself a skilled manager of paid search campaigns, she went on to manage the affiliate program for LampsPlus.com, Date.com and Match.com.
With a wide range of experience working with all of the major affiliate networks, Stephanie is a proven leader in the affiliate industry with strong relationships among some of its top producing publishers.
She's got considerable experience with big brands and has managed advertising and merchandising campaigns for such large e-tailers as BestBuy.com, CircuitCity.com, BarnesandNoble.com, Borders.com and ToyRUs.com.
Originally from Dallas, Texas and still a Texan at heart, Stephanie currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her boyfriend, Rich, and her two dogs, Trixie the beagle and Lola the bassett hound. In her spare time Stephanie enjoys camping, boating, traveling, cooking and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Wade Sisson, Director of Marketing

Wade Sisson is the Director of Marketing for PartnerCentric, Inc. He manages communication with our clients, affiliates and prospects and develops marketing materials to promote our company and its services. Wade also oversees trade show planning and works to develop public relations partnerships with bloggers, editors and publishers.
Wade has been part of the great Internet adventure since 1995, when he helped The Kansas City Star launch its web site and became the site's online editor for news. Prior to joining PartnerCentric Wade managed an Internet marketing team for one of the largest advertising agencies in the Midwest.
He currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri. |

Amanda Lucas, Affiliate Manager

Amanda Lucas joined PartnerCentric after successfully managing affiliate programs since 2004. Amanda currently manages the eBay Affiliate Program. Since early 2006 Amanda has developed and managed key PartnerCentric programs such as MyFax, Quicken Loans and more. Amanda has also worked with various affiliate and CPA networks, developing integral relationships for program growth.
Amanda's prior affiliate marketing experience includes managing the affiliate program for Booksonline.com, where she effectively managed programs and drove new member acquisitions for more than 20 book clubs. Amanda also has previous experience managing mortgage and insurance lead programs. Amanda resides in Southern Maine, with her husband, daughter and two cats. |

Dan Fink, Affiliate Program Director

Dan Fink is an affiliate program director at PartnerCentric. Dan is our resident expert at lead generation. He's launched many programs for PartnerCentric and manages, among other programs, the 21st Century Auto Insurance program, which has seen its performance double in the last year.
Dan began his interactive marketing career right out of college. He brings his knowledge and expertise in lead generation and affiliate relationships to PartnerCentric.
Dan was fresh out of college when he got his start in internet marketing when he started his first venture, the startup DivorceInteractive, Inc., which brings divorce seekers and divorce lawyers and advisers together. Then, after gaining experience in pharmaceutical advertising, Dan joined Intermark Media, where he was named their No. 1 media buyer. It was at Intermark Media that Dan learned to combat the competition in the lead generation industry and reached a production level of 10,000 quality leads per month. He has no been with PartnerCentric since 2004 and has successfully managed many different programs in his tenure.
Dan lives in North Carolina with his wife, Michelle, their cats Bachelor and Merlin and their new addition, an English bulldog named Hudson.

Kevin Schwery, Affiliate Program Director

Kevin Schwery is a recent addition to the PartnerCentric team who brings more than a decade of experience in affiliate and internet marketing to his new role as affiliate program manager for the eBay Partner Network team.
Before becoming the third member of the PartnerCentric team that provides affiliate outreach, service and support to the eBay Partner Network, Kevin was an internet marketing manager for eBay. There he served as the relationship manager for eBay's largest affiliate partners including
AT&T, Earthlink, Auctiva, Upromise and MyPoints.
Kevin's expertise in analyzing and segmenting affiliate data to maximize quality traffic, techniques, and landing pages is a great addition to the PartnerCentric team. In his new role he will continue to use affiliate data to shape and optimize internet marketing spend on affiliate channels in terms of strategy, direction, and ongoing investments.
Prior to his work for eBay, was a strategic relationship manager for PayPal. He also has extensive experience in graphic and web design and marketing/sales.
Kevin lives in Carrol, Iowa.

Nicole Mueller, Affiliate Program Director

Nicole Mueller is an Affiliate Account Director at PartnerCentric, where she uses her vast knowledge of internet marketing, her analytical skills and her deep relationships within the affiliate industry to grow and optimize the affiliate channel for several PartnerCentric clients. She specializes in managing internet marketing campaigns for strategic partners with challenging growth initiatives and financial targets.
Nicole began her internet marketing career in 2004 when she joined Performics as a Program Manager managing affiliate, paid search, natural search and comparison shopping programs for large retailers such as Cabela’s, all nine divisions of RedCatsUSA and Crate & Barrel. Following Performics, she joined Experian as an Internet Marketing Specialist in their corporate communications group where she supported all seven business units at Experian, including Autocheck.com For the past three years, Nicole has been an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) where her primary responsibility was to manage the Sears.com affiliate program. During her time at SHC, she was also involved with the affiliate and search programs for both Kmart.com and TheGreatIndoors.com.
Nicole received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and holds a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University.
Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Nicole still resides there with her husband, Jay, and her new baby girl, Katie. She also has an 11-year-old Bengal cat named Rodman. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, taking long walks with her family, yoga, cooking and swimming.

Mike Kansa, Affiliate Manager

Mike Kansa's Internet marketing journey started in 2003 after he finished a Marketing Communications degree at the University of Utah and began working for Overstock.com in Salt Lake City. In 2004 he was asked to help manage the growing Overstock.com affiliate program and then moved on to launch the Overstock Auctions affiliate program in early 2005, helping them become the 2nd largest auctions site on the Internet at the time.
After spending 8 years in Utah, he decided it was time to leave the beehive state for the greener pastures of California and he began working for PartnerCentric as an affiliate manager, managing affiliate programs for HP Snapfish and the Hanover Direct brands.
In 2007 he was given the opportunity to move over to the publisher side of affiliate marketing and went to consult with super affiliate coupon sites and also developed and maintained a wide variety of niche price comparison shopping sites. He’s well seasoned in the affiliate marketing space and has seen the industry evolve from many sides of the fence. Mike recently rejoined PartnerCentric in March of 2009 and is now a program manager on the eBay Partner Network team. He currently resides in Eureka, California and when not as his desk can be found surfing and mountain biking on the lost coast.

Adam Russo, Affiliate Recruitment Manager

Adam Russo oversees affiliate recruitment efforts on behalf of all our affiliate programs. Affiliate recruitment is a full-time job, and something that our entire team of affiliate program team undertakes. Adam's responsibility is to
oversee recruitment from a top-level view, making sure the outreach is consistent and compelling. PartnerCentric has relationships with hundreds of affiliates and super-affiliates in every niche and vertical, but we're constantly in search of new affiliate marketing partners who can promote our clients' brands and product lines.
In his time at PartnerCentric Adam has also managed relationships for several of our managed affiliate programs including BriteSmile, Lamps Plus and Fathead, for which he especially enjoys creating innovative ways to promote new product lines.
Adam joined PartnerCentric following three years as a manager for Overstock.com's affiliate program, where he helped source, negotiate and manage marketing deals. He also managed many of Overstock's top performance sites. One of his proudest achievements is his general role in winning Linkshare's "Affiliate's Choice" award in 2006.
Prior to affiliate management, Adam spent over 8 years in Customer Service management and training in the retail and hospitality industries. A dedicated father of a precious little girl, Adam currently resides in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah. |

Chris Mohler, Affiliate Manager

Chris Mohler is part of the PartnerCentric team that manages a number of programs including BriteSmile, Domestications, The Company Store & Company Kids, Silhouettes, International Male, UnderGear, My Wedding Favors, Corner Stork Baby Gifts and Organica Research (Ultimate Colon Cleanser). He joined PartnerCentric after three successful years in the widely recognized Overstock.com affiliate program.
While there, he built strong relationships with many of the top affiliates in the industry by constantly identifying their needs and delivering solutions that met those needs. After years of personnel and strategy changes within the program, Chris remained a constant keeping the program at the forefront of the industry. His efforts were rewarded in June of 2006 when Overstock.com won Linkshare’s Golden Link Award for Affiliate’s Choice.
Chris got his feet wet in e-marketing in 2001 working in the seminar industry with Epenzio, Inc. Initially hired to assist clients with their e-commerce web design needs, he quickly found himself developing marketing strategies and began introducing his clients to affiliate marketing.
Chris resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife Lorie and five daughters: Tori, Allison, Kiley, and twins Jordan and Makenzie. |

Tracie Gross, Affiliate Manager

Tracie Gross's relationship with top affiliates has benefitted a number of PartnerCentric programs including DesignPublic, MyFax and Calumet Photographic. Tracie's experience in e-commerce began with a customer service position at GSI Commerce, an outsourced e-commerce solution for major retailers. Two years into her job, Tracie was promoted into GSI's online marketing department as an affiliate marketing assistant, where she managed the affiliate program, paid search, portal and comparison shopping engines for clients such as DicksSportingGoods.com, LinensNThings.com, LizClaiborne.com and RadioShack.com.
Tracie resides in Philadelphia with her husband, Jon, and dog, Denali. |

Angela Speziale, Social Media Marketing Manager

Angela Speziale is an advertising veteran with experience on both the client and publishing side. She brings an innovative approach to brand-building and viral marketing to her role as social media marketing manager for PartnerCentric. She assists our clients in developing and growing a strong presence in social media.
Her diverse background makes her a perfect match for the needs of our social media clients. After starting an Environmental Services company and selling it to a major HVAC company, Angela dove into the consumer electronics sector. She launched new websites and publications in the home entertainment enthusiast sector, and spearheaded consumer campaigns on new technologies including HDTV and BluRay. Most recently she has been consulting with a new wedding website and creating conversations in the social media space. Angela lives in New York's scenic Hudson Valley.
