Linda Woods, CEO and President

Linda Woods, President of PartnerCentric, Inc., is also known throughout the industry as the Affiliate Goddess. She has been involved with affiliate marketing practically since its inception. Starting in the late 1990s as Director of Internet Marketing for a Web design firm, she moved on to then-startup Commission Junction in 1999. Linda started her own Internet marketing consultancy in 2000, did business development for KowaBunga! Technologies and over the years has helped hundreds of other companies both large and small start and manage effective affiliate programs.

PartnerCentric's unique Outsourced Affiliate Management Service was launched in 2003 and now has more than 45 clients with brand names such as National Geographic, Quicken Loans, 21st Century Auto Insurance, HanoverDirect's five catalog brands and LampsPlus. A frequent speaker at affiliate-related events, Linda has also been a featured columnist in "Revenue" magazine and quoted in many other online publications.

Linda and the PartnerCentric team offer a full range of internet marketing services in addition to outsourced affiliate marketing management services and consulting. The company's full range of internet marketing services includes paid search management, search engine optimization, e-mail marketing and all creative services from banners to web design. Linda lives in paradise, also known as Santa Barbara, Calif., with her nine-year-old son. She loves to dance, dine and travel.

 

Samantha Morris, Director of Client Services

Samantha Morris serves as PartnerCentric's Affiliate Program Director and is one of our key strategists in developing merchant cross-promotions and affiliate activation campaigns. Samantha has launched numerous programs across various networks. She has worked on such high-touch programs as Wynn Las Vegas and National Geographic.

With more than seven years of affiliate and online marketing experience, Samantha has strong analytical and communication skills that have proven advantageous to our team. In 2004, she oversaw the affiliate management of the three well-known Gap, Inc., brands while maintaining the most cost-effective channel on their marketing team.

Prior experience includes program management and consultation for SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Blue Dolphin Group and Priceline.com.

Samantha has spoken as a panelist at recent Affiliate Summits and is currently developing case studies on effective, proactive affiliate communication. She resides in upstate New York.

 

Mike Ouellette, Director of Affiliate Relations

As Director of Affiliate Relations for PartnerCentric Mike Ouellette reaches out to affiliates across the country and around the world, promoting our services, tools and technologies to a ever-widening audience. Mike also oversees our affiliate recruitment efforts and builds strategic partnerships with such industry leaders as 5StarAffiliatePrograms.com and AffiliateClassroom.com. He also serves as editor of PC Announce, the monthly newsletter that alerts affiliates to coupons and promotions for our managed affiliate programs.

Mike came to PartnerCentric with eight years of interactive marketing experience. He has a diverse background working with companies in the catalog, retail, search and performance marketing industries. Michael spent four years at one of the largest affiliate marketing firms in the business. His duties ranged from managing affiliate programs with revenues of more than $100 million per year, to selling affiliate marketing technology to the top retail brands on and offline. Michael resides outside of Boston, Massachusetts with his wife, daughter and dog.

 

Wade Sisson, Director of Sales and Marketing

Wade Sisson is the Director of Sales and Marketing for PartnerCentric, Inc. He has been part of the great Internet adventure since 1995, when he helped The Kansas City Star launch its web site and became the site's online editor for news. A journalist and writer by trade, Wade has parlayed his love of writing into an expertise in search engine optimization and direct response advertising copy. He helped create and for many years edited a monthly affiliate newsletter for the Search4Clicks network, which is the largest affiliate network specializing in lead generation for clients within post-secondary education.

For the past year, Wade has assisted PartnerCentric with affiliate communications and is excited to be joining the team on a full-time basis. He brings more than eight years experience in interactive marketing to the company. Wade lives in Kansas City.

 

Dan Fink, Affiliate Program Director

Dan Fink is an affiliate program director at PartnerCentric. Dan is our resident expert at lead generation. He's launched many programs for PartnerCentric and manages, among other programs, the 21st Century Auto Insurance program, which has seen its performance double in the last year.

Dan began his interactive marketing career right out of college. He brings his knowledge and expertise in lead generation and affiliate relationships to PartnerCentric.

Dan was fresh out of college when he got his start in internet marketing when he started his first venture, the startup DivorceInteractive, Inc., which brings divorce seekers and divorce lawyers and advisers together. Then, after gaining experience in pharmaceutical advertising, Dan joined Intermark Media, where he was named their No. 1 media buyer. It was at Intermark Media that Dan learned to combat the competition in the lead generation industry and reached a production level of 10,000 quality leads per month. He has no been with PartnerCentric since 2004 and has successfully managed many different programs in his tenure.

Dan lives in Chapel Hill North Carolina with his wife, Michelle, their cats Bachelor and Merlin and their new addition, an English bulldog named Hudson.

 

Tara Watson, Affiliate Program Director

Tara Watson is an Affiliate Director for PartnerCentric. Tara started her career in the publishing industry working in ad production at titles such as Foreign Affairs and Forbes Magazine. She came to affiliate marketing in 2002 when she became the assistant manager of the highly successful 1-800-Flowers.com affiliate program. Eventually, Tara moved up to take over management of the program as well as the entire 1-800-Flowers family of brands, including Plow & Hearth, Hearthsong and Cheryl & Co. She has been with Partnercentric since 2004 and has managed such accounts as Quicken Loans, Irv's Luggage/Executive Essentials, Medifast Diet, and Lamps Plus. Tara lives on Long Island, New York, with her husband.

 

Lara Stache, Affiliate Director

Lara Stache is a recent addition to the PartnerCentric team who is returning to affiliate marketing after working as a promotions manager for Sears Holdings Corporation.

Starting in 2004, Lara was the e-commerce marketing manager for MBM Company for nearly three years, running the LimogesJewelry.com and JewelrySavingsPlan.com affiliate programs. Now Lara is putting her affiliate program management experience and expertise to work for PartnerCentric clients.

In her free time Lara enjoys sewing, painting, reading and writing screenplays. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communications and Media. Lara lives just outside of Chicago with her long-time boyfriend, Rob. She loves everything the Windy City has to offer.

 

Gabby Mackle, Affiliate Manager

Gabrielle "Gabby" Mackle is an affiliate manager for PartnerCentric who specializes in launching new programs. Her expertise in developing strategies and implementing creative, landing pages and sensible commission structures serves our clients well.

Gabby began her marketing career during the Internet boom of the mid-1990s when she helped to create an e-commerce web site for a holiday décor company. In 1999 she joined a start-up before moving on to a leadership position at a premiere beauty e-tailer, where she was responsible for establishing and managing online partnerships and developing an affiliate marketing program.

In addition to affiliate management, Gabby also negotiated and closed exclusive online media buys with major Internet companies such as Yahoo!, Google, AOL, MSN and iVillage. Gabby’s years of experience working with clients in many different areas helped her to develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate memberships, build strong relationships and increase overall sales.

Gabby resides in Santa Cruz County, California with her husband, Brian, their five year-old daughter and three year-old identical twin sons.

 

Adam Russo, Affiliate Manager

Adam Russo manages affiliate relationships for several of our managed affiliate programs including BriteSmile, Lamps Plus and Fathead, for which he especially enjoys creating innovative ways to promote new product lines.

Adam joined PartnerCentric following three years as a manager for Overstock.com's affiliate program, where he helped source, negotiate and manage marketing deals. He also managed many of Overstock's top performance sites. One of his proudest achievements is his general role in winning Linkshare's "Affiliate's Choice" award in 2006.

Prior to affiliate management, Adam spent over 8 years in Customer Service management and training in the retail and hospitality industries. A dedicated father of a precious little girl, Adam currently resides in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah.

 

Chris Mohler, Affiliate Manager

Chris Mohler is part of the PartnerCentric team that manages a number of programs including BriteSmile, Domestications, The Company Store & Company Kids, Silhouettes, International Male, UnderGear, My Wedding Favors, Corner Stork Baby Gifts and Organica Research (Ultimate Colon Cleanser). He joined PartnerCentric after three successful years in the widely recognized Overstock.com affiliate program.

While there, he built strong relationships with many of the top affiliates in the industry by constantly identifying their needs and delivering solutions that met those needs. After years of personnel and strategy changes within the program, Chris remained a constant keeping the program at the forefront of the industry. His efforts were rewarded in June of 2006 when Overstock.com won Linkshare’s Golden Link Award for Affiliate’s Choice.

Chris got his feet wet in e-marketing in 2001 working in the seminar industry with Epenzio, Inc. Initially hired to assist clients with their e-commerce web design needs, he quickly found himself developing marketing strategies and began introducing his clients to affiliate marketing.

Chris resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife Lorie and five daughters: Tori, Allison, Kiley, and twins Jordan and Makenzie.

 

Tracie Wexler, Affiliate Manager

Tracie Wexler's relationship with top affiliates has benefitted a number of PartnerCentric programs including DesignPublic, MyFax and Calumet Photographic. Tracie's experience in e-commerce began with a customer service position at GSI Commerce, an outsourced e-commerce solution for major retailers. Two years into her job, Tracie was promoted into GSI's online marketing department as an affiliate marketing assistant, where she managed the affiliate program, paid search, portal and comparison shopping engines for clients such as DicksSportingGoods.com, LinensNThings.com, LizClaiborne.com and RadioShack.com.

Tracie resides in Philadelphia with her fiancée, Jon, and dog, Denali.

 

Stefanni Becker, Recruiting Assistant

Stefanni Becker assists the Director of Affiliate Relations with affiliate recruitment. All of PartnerCentric's affiliate program managers and directors recruit affiliates for the programs we manage. Stefanni supplements that work by reaching out to industry and niche blogs, forums and site managers to ensure our recruitment efforts reach an ever-widening pool of potential affiliate partners.

Having spent the last five years in a variety of marketing positions, Stefanni said she enjoys assisting companies with marketing needs and looks forward to advancing her career in Internet marketing.

In her free time, Stefanni enjoys spending time with her fiance, Brandon. She dabbles in graphic design and enjoys art, cooking and exercising. Stefanni lives in Seattle with her black Labrador Retriever, Summer, and two kittens.
